Amanda has over 25 years senior leadership experience with expertise in HR Strategy and Advisory, Remuneration Management, Diversity, Organisational Development, Cultural Change and Corporate Social Responsibility.
Amanda is a specialist in setting strategies and implementing Gender Diversity initiatives. Her commitment to the advancement and sponsorship of women in leadership in Australia is well known.
Amanda is the former Group Executive, HR at ASX (Australian Securities Exchange) having held this position between 2006 and 2015. Prior to her appointment at ASX, Amanda was General Manager, Human Resources at SFE for 10 years, responsible for the human resources and administration functions.
Amanda holds a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and has been admitted as a Certified Professional of the Australian Institute of Human Resources (AHRI).
Amanda is currently a Director of the Mostyn Family Foundation and was a Director of the ASX Thomson Reuters Charity Foundation for 8 years. Amanda is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW), the CEW Leaders Program Advisory Board, the CEW/AICD Advisory Group for Best Practice Guidelines for Gender Reporting, Women on Boards (WOB) and is a BoardLinks Champion promoting benefits of gender balanced boards across Government Finance portfolios.
